over here the bay bridge. that's the hard part right now for east bay commuters into the city. a build past 880. traffic tuesday. we see heavy flow of traffic and east shore freeway speeds are still in upper 50s. we see a lot of company for you, folks. maps are playing it out the same way as sensors show. yellow out of richmond down in toward university avenue. you're okay until you get to berkeley curve and then it slams down. bottom of the screen is the other big issue. the big issue for oakland commuters. north 880 approaching broadway we have three vehicles involved in a crash. there's debris around the lanes and we have maybe three lanes blocked. we can confirm two lanes are blocked. chp has yet to get on scene and a couple other crews. slowing north of the coliseum, all of the way up to the scene west 580. look at how clear that is. if you get over there, that's your alternate. they have not yet let big rigs go through the area. keep that in mind heading up toward the maze. we're tracking that crash there. meanwhile, we have another incident reported sounds like another c

the population of the tent city in fact has swelled to more than 100 people and the city of san jose now has plans to move the encampment out the first week in march. now the site is located along spring street between taylor and heading streets. it's in a large grassy field near the guadalupe river park. the tents are spread out and clustered around trees on the land. the tent city started to grow back in january after state lands along the guadalupe river were cleaned up by caltrans and that displaced the homeless camping in those areas. mayor chuck reed says the people are trespassing here and there are no sanitary facilities and city cannot have people living in unsanitary conditions. nonprofit organizations have come out to the site to reach out to the homeless and offer alternative options for shelter. according to san jose police department, there has not been a noticeable increase in crime near this tent city. the most difficult task as always will be to find some kind of long-term solution in which the people of this encampment are kicked out for a few weeks or few months an
